Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta
My first time making fresh pasta and it came out great!! :) Five stars all the way. I used about 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt, since I didn't know how much a pinch was. Great!

Spicy Bean Salsa
I followed the previous user's idea and substituted italian dressing with 3 key limes and a couple tablespoons of olive oil. Everyone LOVED this recipe. I highly recommend it...very easy and VERY good.

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
Excellent!! Tastes very authentic. I would suggest pounding the chicken breasts beforehand for more surface area and doubling the sauce.
