Pizza Sauce and Dough
The sauce recipe was GREAT!!! I did add some italian seasoning, about a tablespoon, and used more garlic. This is a perfect sauce for my pizzas. I will use it over and over.

Baked Bar-be-que Chicken
I modified the recipe a little. I used a salt and brown sugar brine for 4 hours first. Also used the broiler for the last 10 mins so the chicken would be crispy. Turned out great even the picky eating children loved it. I will be making this one again and again.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs
Great recipe for ribs on a cold day. I added 1/4 tsp of chipolte pepper sauce and 1/8 tsp of liquid smoke. Covered pan with foil to help speed the cooking process.
