Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This is the best pizza dough recipe that I have come by. I have used it for 2 years now. I use my stand mixer with the dough hook and it comes out perfect everytime. I also recommend that the dough is prebaked for about 10-12 mins before adding toppings. I add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to give it alittle zip.

Pizza Sauce and Dough
The sauce recipe was GREAT!!! I did add some italian seasoning, about a tablespoon, and used more garlic. This is a perfect sauce for my pizzas. I will use it over and over.

Baked Bar-be-que Chicken
I modified the recipe a little. I used a salt and brown sugar brine for 4 hours first. Also used the broiler for the last 10 mins so the chicken would be crispy. Turned out great even the picky eating children loved it. I will be making this one again and again.
