I did what other reviewers said and added garlic and cayanne pepper to the sauce. I also added about 3/4 C sour cream. Seasoned the steak with Lawrys seasoning and served over egg noodles instead of the tomato. Next time I will add sauteed mushrooms as well. Very good after the adjustments!

Deviled Eggs I

The powder gave it a dry feeling and not a good flavor. Mixing the paprika in gave it a nasty color. Just sprinkle on top.

Chicken Chipulos

Too many tortillas that didn't get any sauce. Next time I will use fewer tortillas or maybe even sub pasta. I added some red pepper flakes and some garlic powder which gave it a little zip. It had a nice flavor.

Honeyed Beef Stew

I served on rice and cooked in a crock pot. No one in my family was too excited about this dish. The sauce was really runny...more like a broth. Flavor was just OK. Won't make again.

Banana Oatmeal Bread

Like others recommended I subbed 1/2 C butter and 1/2 C apple sauce for the margarine. It was moist and yummy! My kids voted it way better than the banana bread I've been making for years.

Chocolate Wave Zucchini Bread

Mmmm good. My family was scared when I said I was making zucchini bread but then they couldn't stop eating it after it came out of the oven! Moist, chocolaty and yummy!

Jen's Hearty Three Meat Chili

After a little tweaking this was a delicious chili that will probably even replace my dads chili that I've loved and made for years! Instead of the water I used a 46oz can of tomato juice. (we like our chili more soupy rather than stewy and I think it added the flavor that it needed) I also garnished each bowl with a dollop of sour cream. My family loved it. Especially my husband who loved the flavor. Will definitely be making this a lot this winter.
