Pumpkin Cookies V
So good! I followed the recipe (with the exception of replacing 1/2 cup of the shortening with no sugar added applesauce) and the results are amazing! I did half of them with the caramel icing and mixed semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter for the other half. Like having your own personal pumpkin cake. :) I'll totally be making these again.

Rubbed Down Pork Chops
This was very good. :) I used less pepper than the recipe called for, but it was still a little too peppery for us. I'll tweak it a little (which is why I didn't rate it 5 stars), but we'll definitely have these again some time.
