Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

The ingredients were a bit intimidating and I wasn't sure if I would like it. But it was really yummy and its sure to impress house guests. We ate it for dinner not as an appetizer but as a main meal and it filled my husband up. I will make this again. The only downside was the sun dried tomotoes are a bit on the expensive side, so it will have to do for special occasions only.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

This was extrememly yummy. I cut the recipe down to ten and had tons of leftovers after serving it for 4 people. I ate most of the leftovers throughout the rest of the week and found myself craving more later. I like it with the skins on but my husband would have preferred no skins. Personal preference. I will definitely make this one again.

This recipe was just okay in my opinion. It wasn't outstanding in any way and tasted like it lacked something. Plus all the butter made it seem really heavy. I probably won't make it again any time soon.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

I substituted the butter with olive oil but with the medium high heat you have to be rotating them very often otherwise they burn. Next time I will add the sea salt as someone else mentioned. I cooked them uncovered for lack of big enough lid for around 8-10 minutes and they still came out soggy but thats the way I like them. Very yummy. Will make again.

Apple Chicken Quesadillas

I followed the suggestion of someone else and chopped up the apples. It was so yummy! My husband really liked them and they were really easy to make. The combination was surprisingly delicious! I will definitely make this again! Its a keeper.

Apple Strudel Muffins

These muffins are delicious! A little too much apple for me but next time I will cut down on the amount to maybe jusy one medium to large apple, or two small apples. The crust on the top is sooo awesome.

Beef and Parmesan Pasta

My husband and I can't get enough of this recipe. Its his new favorite dish! We add a little more noodles and beef broth and a little less meat and it is amazingly simple and tastes great! Thank you!
