Not much too say except I love anything to do with food. I love making desserts and sharing them with others. I love to cook easy things as well meals that are a little challenging. I am a huge fan of Italian food. My aunt is my biggest cooking inspiration. We get together quite often and bake up some goodies. Then we sit down with a cup of coffee and enjoy what we've made. Cream Puffs are our favorite. Now that she has a restaurant, we have more fun with food. Her cupcakes are the talk of the town. Tres Leches. So Yummy!!! My first attempt at baking a cheesecake. Baked it for over an hour(since it didn't look done) and it came out soooo dry. And making rice and coffee. I ruin them everytime. I can make a souffle but can't make coffee its rather pathetic.
