I've been a "lacto-ovo" vegetarian (I eat dairy and eggs but NO meat) for over 15 years. I love to figure out ways to convert traditional "meat" meals into vegetarian meals.

Biscuits and gravy, pot pie, stroganoff, desserts, etc.

I come from a long line of carnivores. It pleases me when they like the vegetarian food I cook.
