I've used this recipe several times. I substitute vanilla almond milk for the regular milk. The cake is always dense and moist and very easy to make. I usually have to bake it 8-10 minutes longer than called for in the recipe. I like to frost it with Sarah's Vegan Chocolate Frosting.
