Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Very easy and quite good - mine was a little salty, but that may have been the peppers or the cheese. I did use the hot pepper cheese, which was a nice touch. Makes a nice spread for tortillas too. Thanks for the recipe!

Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake
Surprisingly good! I used homemade pumpkin butter and followed the recipe exactly. Very easy, wonderful for the holidays, and quite delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

Long Island Iced Tea
Very, very good. I used 1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate for an extra citrus kick. STRONG! :)
