My name is Mary I am the PROUD mom to my two sons Kevin and Hunter and my daughter Lar-Rel and Grandma to my wonderful grandson Trey and to my two other four legged sons Sam , 14yr old Lab and Max 1 yr old siberian husy and girlfriend to my handsome boyfriend and........ I grew up in South Florida and love living here.... If you want to know anything else just ask...oh yeah I am a project manager for a national commercial construction company.... I love to cook "Gravy" and my kids request Lasagna all the time. I love to make Minestrone soup. There are so many things I love to make there are way to many to list. Christmas Morning breakfast Over Easy Eggs, Cooked White Rice and Real Bacon Bits all mixed together with biscuits...... Birthday tradition is Chocolate Chip Pancakes my own seceret recipe I have been cooking them every birthday for 20 years. My Grandmothers pie crust, holiday baking with friends wine and christmas music. "Backwards night" this was for SPECIAL days ONLY we start with Dessert first. Junk Food day this was done the saturday that reports cards came out , if they got good remarks then they got 10.00 a piece and they could buy whatever they wanted for the day to eat and I would not make them eat anything but what they wanted. hmmmmm not so sure I think everytime is triumphant. The best was my boyfriend and I "compettive" cook.. he is from NJ and just like all the rest of the "transplants" here in MY state say " ITs better up North" he said the pizza is better.... wel too me the pizza is fine and we all grow up with different tastes..yada yada He said he could make pizza better than my favortie pizza place I told him I could... we made a bet all from scratch. I got in my car to go to publix he got in his right after me and we met at the publix.. needless to say he ahd never worked with yeast so I had a few tricks but I watched him trying to figure it all out it was alot of fun we finaly got to bed around 3am and I won but he is still trying to make the PERFECT like. they do UP NORTH the time I forgot butter in the cookies..or the time we caught the oven on fire and poured a whole container of salt all over and what a mess... those are the only ones I will admit to...
