I did make a few modifications as follows: *3/4c almond flour (didn't have any almond flour) replaced w/: -2tsp coconut flour -2tsp teff flour -1/4-1/3c garbonzo bean flour -finish with filling 3/4 measuring cup the rest of the way with quinoa flour *1c vegetable oil (we don't use vegetable oil) replaced with: -2 sticks = 1c melted unsalted butter -poured melted butter into a liquid measuring cup & filled remainder up to 1 1/4 cups with olive oil *1/4c rice flour (just for the benefits of each) = 50%white rice flour + 50% brown rice flour
