Pork Tenderloin in Bourbon
I have made this several times and it always turns out great! I have used as a marinade for pork, chicken, and steak. It tastes great with all of them! I have also put all the ingredients together and cooked it down to make a sauce and served it over filet mignon without marinading it. Any way I've tried this it has been wonderful!

Best Black Beans
This was okay. I'm not sure what it was missing. It wasn't bad, I would still make it again.

Jay's Jerk Chicken
I made this for my fiance and he absolutely loved it! We cut the chicken in to chunks and and grilled it on kabobs with mushrooms, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onions. I also reduced the marinate to make a sauce. The flavor on the sauce was good, but the texture was a little off. I think it would have worked better if I had strained it. I think next time I will use more jalapenos or habanero to make it spicier.
