Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
I decided to try this recipe only because of the reviews. I thought the spices are for ham and not for chicken. My gosh it wat interestingly very delicious. I Tripled the spices except used 1/8 tsp less of the cloves and I stuck and onion in the cavity and sprinkled garlic powder inside and outside the bird. This will be made again and again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Yummy! I used both sour cream and cream cheese. Added Dijon mustard and some beef boullion. Used only fresh sliced mushrooms, added 1/2 cup of brewed coffee and 1/4 cup red wine in the crock pot to make more liquid for extra sauce. Still not as good as Grandma used to make, and I doubt I will ever find anything as good.
