Banana Banana Bread
Great recipe. I added some pumpkin pie spice to the batter and baked in a bundt pan. When it was done, I turned it out and let it cool. When cool, I drizzled it with a simple glaze (1/4 cup butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice). Excellent! It was kind of dense, so next time, I will add another egg and stir less. Also, for a bundt pan, I would recommend doubling the recipe, unless you want a very small cake! :) All in all, a keeper!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
I had high hopes for this pie, but I am not a fan. :( Too sweet, flavor is lacking, and the apples didn't get soft before the sugar mixture on top was starting to burn.

Peach-a-Berry Pie
I used Strawberries instead of Raspberries in this pie and we loved it! The only thing I would change is that I would use at least another 1/2 to 1 c. of berries in the recipe. Other than that, Fantastic! Not too sweet, just enough tartness. Just Perfect!
