Make a mean & absolutely authentic Jamaican Curry Goat. My own recipe for Fresh Mango Cake My"from scratch" X-mas tamales. My recipe for Cajun Red Beans & Rice with Andouille Sausage. Added shortening to masa that already had shortening in it! My tamales never got firm! Made banana bread for the hundredth time with no recipe. It always turns out great; this time it was flat as a flitter....don't know why.
