I'm a happily married Mom of a teenage son and 2 energetic girls Trying to learn how to make great meals for my family that they'll enjoy! I like to cook with the crockpot! I also like trying new recipes and I love allrecipes.com... the fact that you can rate recipes is awesome! I remember making fudge, cookies and cakes at Christmas time with my Mom and I want to do the same with my kids too! I'd have to say when I made a recipe that had sour cream in it with DH loving every bite of it...LOL! See, my husband HATES sour cream and I think it's all psychological! If he doesn't know it's in there he'll eat it but if he sees that I dump it in a recipe forget it!!! Weirdo huh??? I'd have to say the time this co-worker gave me a recipe for this beef thing with TOMATO PASTE...ugggh she said to use a big can of it and boy was it nasty!!! The whole dish came out like this big tomato paste glob with hamburger meat and garlic in it....needless to say it promptly hit the trash can!
