About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
Artichoke souffle- I didn't know you could only use certain parts of the artichoke; I tried to blend the entire thing. My blender was ruined. My parents tried to make me feel better by eating it, but there were so many tough fibers that they couldn't.

Tofu Chocolate Pudding
I thought this was excellent. It was so quick and easy to make. The third time I made it, I put it in a graham cracker crust. I think it will also make a great filling for cream puffs.

French Buttercream Frosting
Everyone loved this frosting; my mother even called and asked me how to make it! I did make a couple of changes though. I don't like to use shortening, so I used extended butter instead (oil, water, butter & lecithin) and omitted the butter flavoring (didn't have any!)
