Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
coming from a family of chicken 'n dumpling lovers, I was worried that it wouldn't be great. everyone in my family, from my 4 year old to my parents LOVED this! I added frozen veggies (peas, carrots, corn) at the end to make it pot pie like and everyone thought it was perfect. I had to thin the sauce with some milk + chick bouillon and it then became the perfect consistency. I would recommend this to anyone...especially on a cozy, fall/winter eve!
