Thai Cucumber Salad
This was wonderful! I used red jalapenos and added carrots and red onion like others suggested. The sugar and vinegar really make this an absolutely wonderful salad. Thank you for this recipe!

Marinated Chuck Roast
I give this a 4 1/2 but don't know how to do the half star! I was so please with this recipe. I have never grilled a chuck roast before. The only thing i did different was marinate for three days. Thanks for the recipe!

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
This is very good! Thank you for this recipe and how easy it is to make! I too, next time will make double the gravy. I made this with the Herbed Dumplings from this site and was an awesome dinner. Thank you LIKESTOCOOK!
