Sweet Sweet Potato Casserole
I didn't use the coconut or pecans. I sprinkled the top with cinnamon sugar and it was delicious.

Tim's Green Bean Casserole Extraordinaire
Very good, rich and cheesy. This is easy to do as well. I substituted French Onions for the cornflakes and my husband loved it.
