Banana Bread IV
Real Good! My husband made banana bread for the first time tonight, using this recipe. I picked this recipe because, it was easy and it contained all the ingredients that we already had in the kitchen. Without having to go purchase other ingredients and rarely use them again. We don't cook or bake with salt, that was the only thing omitted. Just something we started many years ago for our parents, and we carry it on. Next time we are going to try adding more bananas. To see if we can achieve the banana rich flavor in the completed product. But I have to tell ya...this batter AS IS taste wonderful without baking. My husband and I could hardly put the spoon, beaters, and bowl down without trying to remove every spec, first...ha! Almost like banana pudding but better. Thank you for having it available on AllRecipes.com! 5 STARS!!!

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Thank you for posting this recipe! If you have not tried this recipe. You are truly missing out! Less ingrediants, Less time, Less engery to make. They are very good!!! Whenever we have told people about his recipe, they always utter, "Ew, oh really?!"...ha! They don't believe it, until they taste it. The believing is in the first bite!

Pistachio Mallow Salad
This is excellent! The food coloring... Although I didn't have any on hand, I do see why one might want to add it. With 16OZ of whipped cream, the color of the pistachio pudding mix fades out. It is a prettier green when using just 8OZ of whipped cream. Which I did first for comparison. I also added crushed nuts into the mix as I did for garnishing on top. My #2 grand-daughter came into the kitchen as I finished making this. I gave her some to try...(her eyes lit up as she put a spoonful in her mouth) and she said, "Granny, this is SOOOOO GOOD!!!". I guess that says it all! :) Happy New Year 2009"
