BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
I disagree with other posters, use a good cut of pork. I have tried it with pork shoulder & butt and it just doesn't turn out right. I think those cuts have a bitter..gross tasting flavor. I always get the bone in or boneless country style pork ribs and it turns out great! I love Ray's Own BBQ sauce over anything else. My advice is to not substitute a thing, this is the best recipe as is!

Tender Chicken Nuggets
This is a very good and healthy recipe. I did use a whole egg rather than just the egg white. I also added from my garden some fresh tarragon and italian parsley which I felt gave it more flavor. Do bake them for 20-25 minutes as other users have suggested, they still turn out tender and juicy! Will make this again and again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Absolutely delicious! Definately use the Bill Echol's seasoning recipe, makes a difference. I used chicken broth instead of beer. One note, not too sure how accurate the nutritional information is, 17 grams of fat?! I used skinless, boneless chicken breasts, beans are virtually fat free...hmmm.
