Butter Frosting
just perfect for my cupcakes. made a surprising amount. I could half the recipe for 2 dozen cupcakes.

Apple Crisp III
really easy and turns out a crowd-pleaser. I used 50/50 white/brown sugar, and 50/50 white/wheat flour. I will try cutting down the sugar next time because it is really really sweet, but therefore a crowd-pleaser...
