Apple Crisp II
Made this with apples off of our tree, and it was wonderful! Tastes just like apple crisp is supposed to. Perfect with vanilla ice cream, and would also be good with whipped cream. A must try!

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have been using this recipe for ages. It is THE best chocolate chip cookie recipe around. I actually found it in a church cookbook, which did not call for nuts. My family eats these as fast as I can turn them out, and I have a reputation amongst our friends and relations for making a mean chocolate chip cookie. This recipe is my secret. You absolutly cannot leave out the grated chocolate. It is the key to the sucess of this recipe. The nuts can be optinal. My family actually prefers them without the nuts, but you have to add the grated chocolate. These freeze well, so I often make a double batch and freeze half for later. It is a family tradition to make these to take along when we go camping. I like to use two of these instead of grahm crackers for sm'ores. More calories, but SOOO good!

Mini Cheesecakes II
My sister requested cheesecake on her birthday, and since we only had one package of cream cheese, i cut this recipe in half and made six. All that we had was fat free cream cheese, and it still came out tasting great! I also added a dollop of sour cream, which was also fat free. Topped with cherry pie filling, cheescake nirvana! My sister was happy, and so were my parents, who love cheesecake but not what it does to their waistlines!
