Braised Balsamic Chicken
This was fast, easy and good! Double the sauce with 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/2 cup chicken stock. If you use diced Italian tomatoes you don't need any of the extra spices. I also added garlic and mushrooms when I was browning the chicken/onions. Sauce IS thin so serve over rice.

The Best Banana Bread
This is so nice and easy and tastes great. I added a bit of vanilla per other reviews and I used whole wheat flour. I also baked 4 mini loaves instead of 1 big one to cut down on cooking time. This was great!

Grilled Fish Steaks
The right idea...way too much salt. I couldn't finish eating the fish, it was too salty!
