I made these and also used mini sweet peppers for those who aren't as fond as spicy- NO RANCH NEEDED. they were a huge hit- so easy and so much flavor. I mixed 1/2 hot and half mild Jimmy Deans sausage. this is my new go to recipe!

Citrus Mint Cooler

fantastic- the kids LOVED it and my friend who was abstaining from alcohol was so SO impressed! The rest of us added a slug of vodka to it... oh so refreshing!!

Pignoli Cookies II

what an amazing cookie- everyone asks me to bring them now anywhere I go! not too sweet- perfect with wine... even my Italian husband's family who are VERY picky about Italian desserts loved them.

Chicken Wing Dip

UNBELIEVABLE! That's what my guests said- this was a HUGE hit! I also used a rotiserrie chicken (no skin) and put hunks of white and dark meat in the dip. I added colby jack cheese as well. When chips ran out people ate in on celery stalks and carrot sticks. Thank you so much- what a GREAT recipe!

Mediterranean Turkey Pita Fold

this was fabulous! I can never leave a recipe alone though- I added sweet red peppers, fresh garlic and onions, and omitted the spinach. My 7 year old ate 2 portions and my husband is still raving about it. Thanks for such a tasty and easy recipe!

Garlic Prime Rib

Unbelieveable how much flavor such a simple recipe can generate! I made this for a last minute dinner party and plates were scraped clean- it was PERFECT and SO easy. I used a roast half the size but kept the recipe the same, and rubbed the whole cut of meat not just the top. sheer heaven- thank you SO much!!!
