Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I now make this every Thanksgiving. I like to use sage-flavored sausage and I often use Bell's seasoning in stead of the three fresh herbs. I did have some fresh rosemary, so I put that in too. It came out great. I agree with other reviewers that if you make it as dressing, you need to add extra stock.
