Famous Chicken Francaise
Was a 5 star dish after I followed some of the hints. I did not cook in the sauce, but topped it with the thickened sauce when I plated it. Will definitely make again...and again...and again...DELICIOUS!!

Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing
Way too greasy...had to add alot more lemon to make it better. probably wouldn't make again

Greek Pasta and Beef
I loved this. Was looking for something different to do with ground beef. Followed the recipe exactly, except I used whole wheat pasta. Everyone loved it, even my 8 year old. WONDERFUL!!!
