Chip Chicken Lollipops

We really did not like these...seasoned the chicken as a few reviewers suggested...made 1/2 bbq chip and 1/2 doritoe..was really looking forward to them. We were really disappointed! Not worth the effort!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is incredible! I baked in the oven and did not put any cheese on top....didn't need it! This really does taste like buffalo wings....used real chicken and blue cheese dressing....awesome!!!

Skewered Potatoes

This is now our favourite way to do potatoes!! I bbq's these with the rotisserie chicken for company and it was a huge hit! I used the leftover sauce to pour over the potates and even the chicken on our plates! (warmed in the microwave) this is the best recipe!!!

Rotisserie Chicken

I followed the tips for tying the legs and wings, this was my first rotisserie experience and it couldn't have turned out better! I got rave reviews from company and looked like I was a gourmet cook!! Always a treat!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

These were incredible!! It was super easy and fast! I used chocolate cake mix, rolled into ball and coated with cinnamon sugar. A huge hit with all. I should have read the other reviews about making more than one batch.....they were all gone in minutes!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

If I could give this ten stars, I would!!! My husband orders a buffalo wrap everytime we go out; I made this recipe using cut up chicken breasts and made it into a wrat with blue cheese dressing. He thought it was the best he ever tasted!! (and he has tasted alot!!)

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Excellent recipe although I changed it a bit. Instead of ranch dressing, I used fresh garlic and dried dill weed in the cream cheese, covered the veggies with sharp cheddar. I could eat the cream cheese spread alone it is so good!

No Bake Sugar Free Cheese Cake

My husband is a fairly recent diabetic, so is always very disappointed with the tastes of desserts that he (use) to love.......until now! He could not believe this is sugar free!! This is a weekly dessert in our house. I've tried rasberry, lime and orange...rasberry is the favourite!!!

Red Enchilada Sauce

I couldn't believe how incredibly easy and delicious this was! I used this over the chicken enchiladas from this site and it tasted so authentic! A small jar in the grocery store is almost $5, this cost me roughly $1 to make and it tasted so much better!

Berry Crumb Bars

I couldn't believe how good this was! Very easy to make and it looks beautiful. It made quite a few bars, so I froze some. I took out as many servings as I needed for company and heated it in the microwave and served with ice cream! Incredible!
