Super delicious and easy. Can be used w/ any kind of chip IMO. My bunch of boys gobbled these up in a hurry. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed this cookie. Better the next day. Do not skip the orange zest and use fresh cranberries. The flavors meld beautifully. I topped with a little icing as the cookie alone is not sweet. I think it made them "perfect"! Thanks for the recipe.

I really like this recipe. I used them as drop biscuits in a turkey stew and they were really good. Had some left over and made a few in the oven, which were also good. I have another biscuit recipe that i prefer over this one, but this one wins hands-down for ease and quickness. I substituted coconut oil for the shortening because i do not use shortening in my cooking.
