Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Great veggie burgers! I didn't have the spices or hot sauce (and I didn't think the kids would appreciate the spice anyway), so I used 2T. ranch dip mix and 1 t. olive oil, and prepared the rest of the ranch dip mix (by adding ~1 c. sour cream) to top the finished burgers with. I also used crushed ritz instead of bread crumbs as suggested by other reviewers, and froze the formed patties for a couple hours before cooking. These burgers were inhaled at my house! :)
