I decided to make this salad for company as I wanted to make something different. This just disappeared. Everyone loved it. I did make sure to spray the wax paper with cooking spray so the nuts would not stick to it. I also made the dressing the night before to cut down on my time in the kitchen the day of my party. I wasn't to sure about the dressing by itself but on the salad it was great. The dressing really pulled all of the flavors together nicely. Will be keeping this recipe. Thank you for sharing it.

I took the advice of another reviewer and cooked this in a slow cooker. I rubbed the roast with salt and pepper, minced onion and garlic then put some glaze on the bottom of the cooker to coat it and then poured the rest of the glaze on top of the roast. I let it cook in the slow cooker for about 4.5 hrs for a 5lb roast and it was amazing. The pork was so tender it just fell apart. This was my first time making a pork roast and everyone who ate it was just amazed. Will use this recipe again. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing recipe.

I used this recipe to top the pumpkin cake that I made from this site, it was so good. Yet, some of my friends thought that it was a tad to sweet. Will keep this recipe but maybe cut down on the amount of powdered sugar it calls for. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
