These skins were awesome! My family loved them (probably too much). Great flavor and the skins crisped up nicely.

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

Really easy to make. My family enjoyed it but we all finished our plates saying "Something was missing (flavor wise)". I Will make this dish again and use suggestions from other reviews.

Roast Beef Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2009
These were really east to make. I used two cans of beef gravy and added one packet dry beef gravy powder along with the 1 cup of water the packet called for. I made a few without the horseradish sauce for my daughter but after she tried a piece of mine w/ the sauce, she said "next time I want that sauce on mine". I Will definitely make these again!

Bowties and Broccoli

If there was a 3.5 rating I would have given it to this dish. A little bland but over all a nice simple dish. I will make again but take the advice of others who said they would add butter to the oil

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
I think I expected too much from this recipe. After reading other reviews, I was expecting rich, thick flavors and that was not the case. The sauce was spicy but, to me, tasted watered down ( although no water was used). Sorry to say but I will not be making this again:(

Pineapple Stuffing

I brought this dish to work on Easter and it went quick! Everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe with no problems. Two nights later, we were having left over ham for dinner and I made this and again it was a big hit.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Very tasty. After reading other reviews I decided to deglaze the pan with a few splashes of white wine. Also, I served it with pine nut couscous. Next time I will serve with pasta.

Easter Egg Nests

These shown in the picture were my 8 year, Kaitlyn's, creation. After making these, I decided to make another batch but this time I toasted the coconut and left out the milk and food coloring. I absolutely loved them.

Pepperoncini Beef

This was tasty considering I only had pork loin. I followed the recipe exactly ( with the pork) and when I made my sandwich I added caramelized onions and saute mushrooms, prov cheese on a toasted roll. Will try nex time using beef.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
I love this dessert! It is super easy to make and people just eat it up when ever I make. I have in the past doubled the recipe and baked it in a 10x13 glass baking dish. One other thing about this recipe, is all the ingredients are usually stocked in my pantry and refrigerator.

I used the new jumbo rice crispy cereal Kellogg's recently came out with...yummm! My entire family loved them. The cereal has a hint of honey in them and that is what I think made them even better.

Ricotta Gnocchi

These were really easy to make. Not nearly as time consuming as I thought it would be. My family and I really enjoyed the taste of the pepper and garlic in them. The picture I took was before I added red sauce on them. Next time I might try brown butter sage sauce w/ the gnocchi.

Irish Potato Candy

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2009
These Irish potatoes were so delicious! I did have to chill the batter prior to rolling them into balls or they would have been sticky, messy, balls of mush. I will defiantly make these again. This batch goes to school w/ my daughter on Friday for a St. patty's day treat.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
Other people have called these cookies "muffin tops". I have to agree. I thought the flavor was good but very muffin/cake like. The batter was very sticky and hard to shape the cookie, so I put the batter in a zip-loc bag and piped them on to the cookie sheet. They came out nice and round. I also dipped each cookie twice in the frosting before I let my daughter decorate them. oh, by the way, my 1 year old loved them, too

I thought these muffins were very tasty. The best part of the muffin is definitely the topping. Next time I make them, I will decrease cook time to 22 minutes exactly and add more topping.
