Best Buttercream Frosting
I found this really odd. The taste was okay, not sickeningly sweet like traditional buttercream, but the texture was not very nice. The flour/milk mixture blended into the butter/sugar mixture left a very lumpy texture. No amount of mixing would have gotten rid of the lumps.
