Wild Rice with Cranberries and Caramelized Onions
A good recipe, but, while I like cranberries, I prefer them as a background flavor instead of being the star in a rice dish. The caramelized onions were a great addition to the rice! I will make this recipe again, but use 1/2 cup or less of cranberries instead. Also, I used no salt other than what was in the butter and the rice still tasted great-a nice healthy recipe!

Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad
I have never had egg salad with lemon juice before today, but it will be in my egg salad from now on! The lemon juice added a nice, bright flavor to the salad. I skipped the yellow mustard and made the dijon a heaped tsp. and added celery. I was a bit skeptical about the lemon juice but added about a tbsp; I am glad I tried it. Thanks for the recipe!

Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup
This recipe has a great flavor, but the first time I made it with my overabundance of large cucumbers, seeds removed. I grated them and then pureed the soup as directed. The flavor was great, but the texture was coarse. Next time I'll make it with the smaller cukes.
