Banana-Chip Oat Muffins
Great recipe! Muffins are very tasty and very moist. The only changes I made are that I added 1/4 cup of ground flax and left out the chocolate chips (only because of the mess factor!). My 6 year old daughter loved them. Will definitely make these again!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Happy Holidays! This is the BEST stuffing recipe and very easy to make. I made it for a Christmas party and also for our family dinner and it was a hit. The only changes I made were using pork sausage (couldn't find turkey) and left out the turkey neck. Oh, and I used fresh herbs along with a dash of dried poultry seasoning. I also used an egg to help bind. I cooked mine in a crock pot and it was perfect. I will definitely be making this next year!!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I made this recipe for my mother-in-law's birthday (the pressurew was on!), and it was a HUGE HIT!!! The only thing I changed was I left out the flour as my mother-in-law has gluten allergies. But it honestly doesn't need the flour anyway. And the sauce was to die for! Just the perfect flavor. Anyway, this recipe will definitely be a family favourite from now on!
