Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These are amazing, chewy, chocolaty brownies. YUM. I'm giving them in a Christmas gift basket and know they'll be a HUGE hit. I love the little pockets of chocolate that you get form folding in the chips. YUM!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

It's good, but I was expecting a more strong gingerbread taste. I might up the spices and molasses the next time. Mine didn't turn out as dark as the photo. I also got 36 cookies out of one batch, not 24, so that was a nice surprise!

Very easy! Very moist cake, but nothing exceptional. I did not find that it was too milky as in other reviews. You have to let it soak overnight to get the real juicy effect!

Ranch Dressing II

I wouldn't use this on a salad because it is pretty thick. But, I used it on a chicken wrap and to dip veggies in and it was great. I used Olive Oil mayo and that was quite good. Great recipe!

Black Magic Cake

I've never gotten so many compliments on a cake before! I added blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries between the layers and on top after drizzling a chocolate sauce on top. GREAT recipe. It is so moist and the coffee really makes it. It adds a great, subtle flavor. Definitely don't leave it out.

Great flavor. I agree with the rest of the reviews that the sauce gets a little runny. We had it with rice, but I think it would have been even better over pasta. I didn't think the dill was overpowering. Loved it!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Best pancakes ever! My husband wants these all the time now. They are nice and thick, fluffy on the inside with a little bit of a crunch on the outside. Great textures!

A bit sticky. I added about 1/2 cup more flour when mixing and then kneaded in about 1/4 cup more when it was chilled. Other than that, great recipe!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Pretty good! I also added some mustard powder to the dry mix to add a little more mustardy kick. I really like how this doesn't overpower the salmon. If it was any stronger, it would be too overpowering. Nice, simple recipe!

Love it! I also did not use a bread machine like many other reviewers. I just added the yeast to the warm liquid ingredients and waited 10 minutes. They turned out great. LOVE THEM!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert

Very easy! If yo need something for a party with not too much effort, this is your recipe. It is very sweet. I sprinkled some cinnamon on the bottom crust before putting in the cream cheese mixture. It had a great flavor!
