Berry Cornmeal Muffins
A great recipe made with strawberries - fantastically moist - they were all gone within an afternoon! If they are made in patty cases leave them till they are nearly cooled otherwise they will stick but overall a winner and all sorts of fruit could be substituted depending on season.
