My favorite things to cook
Anything that requires smoking on a wood smoker. Soups are a way of life. The aroma of home made bakes breads, biscuits and muffins is all the oxygen I need.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread
Simply Delicious. Great toasted with butter days later (Don't think it will last for days as it really tastes great!)Raisin no raisins your choice both ways are tasty.

Not Your Every Day Smoked Pork Spare Ribs
Made this for Fathers day. Only regret not making enough of them. Whole family loved em. I am going to do them up this Saturday and pig out!!!! Thanks Tanlor
