Creamy Carrot Soup
Really good, better than I expected. I served it with roasted cajun potatoes, and the spicyness of the potatoes went really well with the creamy sweet soup.

Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup
This was the worst tomato soup I have ever made. There was almost no tomato flavor whatsoever, and I used 5 fresh from the garden heirloom tomatoes! The 2 cups of milk overwhelmed them. It was so bad I didn't serve it.

Garlic Cucumber Dip
I love this dip! Instead of using sour cream, I use a full brick of cream cheese. I make it all the time now!
