BLT Pasta Salad

Delicious!! Made this for a few events. Everyone loved it. I used grape tomatos that I cut in half, about 1-1/2 pints.

Ultimate Spicy Spud Soup

Loved this soup. I used chicken broth instead of water. I also cut the cayenne to approx 3/4 T since I used hot italian sausage. I also added a box of chopped spinach. Will make again.

Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies

Good recipe. I used 3/4 lb hot Italian sausage, & 3/4 hamburger. Added just an extra kick. I also used crushed tomatos, just because I don't like hot tomato chunks. Everyone in my house enjoyed.
