Chicken Florentine Casserole
This was good, but not amazing. Way too much spinach - 1 can would be more than plenty (and fresh spinach would be the best!). I left out the bacon since I don't eat it and this was pretty bland overall. I didn't feel that it was too rich as others stated or too salty for that matter. Definitely missing something...so I'll play with the leftover sauce this week and see what I can do to spruce it up and make it 5 star worthy

Seven Layer Taco Dip
This wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite either. Way too much "cream" sauce between the full container of sour cream and a full package of cream cheese. We couldn't pinpoint what else we didn't care for, but I'll stick to traditional 7 layer dips in the future.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
This is bomb! I made it for our new year's party and it was gone in a flash! I followed the recipe to a 'T' and it was perfect!
