Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
This was such a delicious recipe! I used a nonstick cake pan in lieu of a skillet and that made everything fool proof when flipping the cake over. All of my guests loved it!

Christmas Eve Beef Stew
This was pretty bland and watery. I had to add additional spices and double the amount of flour/corn starch to get the consistency I wanted.
