Asparagus Lasagna

I have made this recipe twice using fresh asparagus and broccoli. Be sure to parboil them first. I also used leftover honey baked ham. We really do like this recipe.

Asparagus Chicken

Due to a broken oven, I followed the recipe but cooked the chicken in the microwave using chicken tenderloins and cooking for 25 minutes in the sauce. Microwaved the asparagus for 7 minutes and served the sauce over all. Easy and very good.

Osso Buco

I combined this recipe with one that I already had. I used two 14 ounce cans of diced tomatoes and doubled the veal amount and also used the crockpot for the braising. Outstanding.

Ham and Cheese Picnic Bread

The bread itself is excellent. I made this recipe with my bread maker and took it out after the dough cycle. I used cheddar because that was what I had on hand. The time preparation is longer than what is listed.

In the ingredients, this recipe should read 1 can of pumpkin pie filling. If you use the regular pumpkin, the bars are too bitter.
