Cajun Chicken
This was DELICIOUS! I halved the recipe and had plenty of marinade for 5 breasts. It makes a lot! Added a clove of garlic and a pinch of salt. I think the longer they stay in the marinade the better they are! (3 hrs. min.) Thanks!!

Zesty Red Potatoes
These were YUMMY! Added garlic salt. Only thing I would adjust would be the amount of butter. I had TOO much! Maybe it was my potatoes? Anyway, careful with the butter. Red pepper is a GREAT combo with potatoes! Husband loved them.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
This is so easy and GREAT! My husband loved it! I took the advice of seasoning the chicken well to give it more flavor and used mozzarella cheese. The sauce tasted great from the chicken cooking in it. I served it with lightly buttered spaghetti, crusty french bread and a green salad. This is a keeper!!! Thanks!
