Down Home Casserole
This recipe is great for supper, but as I found out it is also a wonderful breakfast treat. I used the leftovers in a breakfast omlet. boy my husband was amazed at how flavorful the omlet was.

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne
I made this recipe yesterday for the first time.Though it was good,it could have used a little more flavor,like garlic or onion perhaps.I served it over rice and fed eight people.

Scalloped Cabbage with Ham and Cheese
excellent way to get children to incorperate cabbage in thier meal. My grandchildren loved it!Even those who were not fond of cabbage.This is definately a recipe I will make again.
