I love to cook/bake very healthy meals. When I find a recipe that includes vegetables and I can get everyone in my house to eat it--it puts a gold star on my "mommy" chart. I love combining my Polish heritage with my husbands Greek. It is especially satisfying to learn Greek recipes his mother used to cook and get his approval. I tried to make apple jelly and made apple candy. Jars full of rock solid candy.
