Argentine Lentil Stew
Very good and the fact that it's so healthy makes it even better. I was a little unsure of the BBQ sauce but the flavors blend very well together. I will definitely make this again.

This was sooooo delicious!! I made this for the holidays instead of eggnog and everyone loved it. One of our friends and myself are not huge fans of eggnog but we loved this. I only wish I had made more. I will definitely make this again next year.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Very good bean burgers, I added more bread crumbs than the recipe called for and melted habanero jack cheese on top. They did need a little more time baking than the recipe said but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, very good!
