Easy Chicken Rice Casserole
Before we put the chicken pieces in, we seasoned them with some lemon pepper. It came out tasting really good but cooking it that exta 15 minutes at the end really really dried mine out. Next time, I'll be leaving that part out.

Lasagna Alfredo
Well we didn't use spinach because both myself and my boyfriend don't like the stuff. I didn't really care for it too much but he loved it.

No More Salty Easter Ham
I thought this ham was really good. It was a quick and easy recipe. My boyfriend thought it was a bit too sticky and sweet though.
