I have a wonderful hubby and two children. I work full time but am always so eager to get home to try a new recipe. I am half Samoan half caucasian so my cooking definitely reflects both cultures. I love to cook Samoan food, although traditionally we do not write down recipes so it is challenging. I also love to bake, although, I still consider myself a novice. My Mom does not cook so I didn't grow in a house with many cooking traditions. My brother and I, however, always prided ourselves on perfect scrambled eggs. Anything my picky husband enjoys, i consider a triumph... Where do I begin....I guess if I had to pick one....any recipe that involves deep frying has been a tragedy for me.
